Email hello@jonhanlan.me with your order number or the email you used to purchase. That's it. You don't need to explain why, though feedback is always appreciated so I can make the tools better.
If you're past the 14-day window but have a genuine issue, reach out anyway. I'll do my best to make it right — whether that's a refund, troubleshooting help, or something else. The goal is for you to be happy with your purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Your licence is deactivated when the refund is processed. The tool will stop working on your machine. If you change your mind later, you're welcome to purchase again.
In some cases, payment processors may retain a small transaction fee from the original purchase. This is outside my control, but the amount is minimal.
